Nicolas Studios

I am so thankful for Nicolas and his family. He picked me up from the port and even took me to the Cave of St. John and offered to take me wherever I needed to go. On arrival, fresh fruit, and the wonderful animals in the field. Fresh figs too. All I can say is that I felt like they were my family. My room was very comfortable, big, with a fridge, kettle for coffee, etc. I liked the breeze from the front windows to the back windows. And after all this, Nicolas dropped me off at the port for my ferry back to Athens. What a great place.

I liked everything and will come back to Patmos and stay again!

Nicholas and his family treat you as a member of the family . From pick up to drop off at the port they cannot do enough for you. The apartments are very comfortable, spotless and have the perfect quiet location whilst being close to Scala and to Meloi beach. We loved every second of our stay

There is nothing not to like

Amazing location that was more peaceful and quiet and just a short walk from the water and Skaka. Nicholas let us feed the goats!

Lovely setting overlooking the family’s garden and farm. You feel like you are staying at a village with all the amenities of a hotel. Short, 15 minute walk, to town center, yet extremely peaceful stay. Beautiful and peaceful beach nearby by foot (not organized, but plenty of trees offering shade). But more importantly, the host, Nicholas and his family go out of their way to make you feel at home. Nicholas offers to drive you anywhere you want to go on the island. He picked us up from the port and dropped us back off at the end of our stay. He also dropped us off at the beach and the Monastery during our time there. His wife welcomed us with fruit, cake and cookies upon our arrival. The entire family always makes you feel special. We will come back and stay here again. We recommend this hotel without reservation!

Nothing!
