The lady at the reception was very helpful! The breakfast at the beach promenade is very good. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

On our check in day the key was left on the door of our room at street level, like our room was outside and our key was just there... The room I booked was meant to have a balcony and ours only had a window at street level. I had to ask for a new room in the morning as the check in counter was already closed at 20hrs. The water had no pressure. For the price you can get a much better place like Amorgos or Achilleas.

Everything! Kind and super helpful staff. The rooms are CLEAN and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchenette are a lovely touch. We even had a little balcony. Location is superb, right near lots of restaurants and cafes and a very short stroll to the beach. Great value for money too. All fabulous.

Good location,, close to airport very near beach & lots of near by restaurants, hearty breakfast at a local café. Apartment small but manageable, plenty of hot water for the shower, washing up ect....

Internet was not working. Heatwave with temperature above 40C!

I reserved a double room and paid for double room, and when I arrived I was given a single bed for 2 people, I tried to talk with the manager he replied we are fully booked, but I told him that my reservation is a double room with 2 beds, his answer was sorry we are fully booked, and he gave the Room I reserved to different customer, such an un-honest unprofessional behavior. To be fair the staff tried to help and gave us a broken child bed to pass the night since there was a festival same night and we couldn't find another place.

the rooms are in the city center of Larnaca so close to the beach and all places. The breakfast was fine in tuck inn restaurant. the room was clean and just fine.

Location is excellent. My room had a balcony. Staff were polite and helpful. Parking is just across the road, though it does not belong to the property. The property was quiet during the night.

Not really a complaint, but just be aware the property does not have its own restaurant/coffee shop. You use another one in a sister property, but it is close by. Better to bring your own soap and shampoo.
