Courteous & supportive Staff. Fairly good choices in the breakfast for tourists. Best possible support for early check in. Meals reasonably priced. Overall good value for money

Cleanliness was of very low standard, food quality was below average and overall the hotel is very old and shabby.

only good thing is the breakfast
it will not give u 4 star hotel feeling.rooms almirahs were not cleaned. bar is only till 10 pm.no private parking. i parked my car on road.washroom shampoo and other things were used on the day i came.

The staff was very helpful and polite with their responsibilities especially their manager Mr.Thakur.

Property is really good, very comfortable stay, Rooms were neat and clean and properly organized.
The staff was very efficient and friendly.
The food was awesome.
It was a wonderful stay and i will definitely recommend this property to everyone who are planning to visit Manali.

I asked them about my driver accommodation they said they have it. It was stinking and worst in condition. Even my room was stinking. Washroom wasn’t clean at all. Someone dint do flesh. Worst ever experience I had.

Location of the hotel was little far from mall road but its good to go. Hotel cleanliness is good food was okay and some how staff is less for the season.
