I came during a time when there was torrential downpours and road collapses . My driver wasn’t able to make it to the hotel but the hotel staff came through difficult conditions to get me and carried my luggage a distance to their vehicle. Once there I was treated like a king. The general manager was great and we had great discussions. His staff was very nice and helpful and you can tell they as well respect him very much . Big shout out to Vijay, thanks my man ha ha . To you all, thanks for a memorable stay !!!

The location was good, the staff, especially in the breakfast restaurant and in the garden pub were very friendly. The Renest is fine - we would go there again.
The whole Manali 'Valley of Gods' is extremely dirty, everywhere. It needs a proper clean-up, and a plan to keep it clean. Road driving is shockingly reckless, and drivers are continuously honking in this beautiful town of the Himalayas, where one would expect some sense of respect for nature. Soon, no more international tourists will come, because of the omnipresent dirt and the noise.

The property staff is very rude and many things were not working, we told the hotel staff on first day of our arrival but still no action was taken.

Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Food was very good as well, breakfast & dinner. Room was comfortable & well heated

Great location with hospitable staff, clean rooms and really good food. Buffet food was worth every penny! The staff was very cooperative and the room services were also very swift. The property’s proximity to most of the tourist hotspots in Manali, makes it a great value for money.
Major shout-out to the staff for decorating our room for my partner’s birthday as a complimentary service. It was a lovely surprise and we would like to convey our heartfelt thanks to the staff for the same!
We were really looking forward to a spa at the property after our hike, but unfortunately the facility wasn’t available at that time. However, it did not cause us any discomfort as such. We were able to relax really well in the warm and cozy room with a fireplace and view of mountains and the Beas River.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast and the food, especially the pizzas were great.
The rooms are dated and the carpets need upgrade. Toilet seat cover was stained which is not a good sight but things like this can be easily replaced and doesn’t cost much. The management should look into these small details.

Staff were amazing especially front office Mgr Nishant at the front office and Restaurant Manager Sikandar who had welcomed guests with a smile on his face and looked after them very well. Finally two very young and pleasing hostesses - Sejal & Komal were very helpful and caring too every time we stepped into the Restaurant for our breakfast and dinner. Overall a fascinating experience and will strongly recommend this property to other future guests.
The Hotel was not centrally heated which was something we didn't quite like but room heating was nice and good and kept us warm

Very convenient and in a good location. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff and responsive management team on location. First floor rooms connected to private balconies.
Cleanliness is a big issue. Quiet a worn-out property with leakage issues. Not exactly as shown in the photos.

The Renest is a brilliant hotel, it is pretty near mall road and access from the main road is super easy. The staff was really great, and the facilities like the spa and bath in the room are excellent. The Food was exceptionally great. They also have a play area for kids, if you are traveling with them.
The Wifi or the Mobile network is pretty weak inside the room. Wifi won't work correctly. Even your mobile network would work only near the windows. There are some points where the network would work. But, if you are a person who uses the internet while lying in the bed. That isn't gonna happen here, mate!

price was too high compared to the facility they provided. The location is like a slum. Hotel charges extra for sauna and steam bath. Telephone was not working. During check-in the reception did not offer wifi password. There was no dental kit and slippers in the room. we had to ask for everything to them. Room had only one charging port.
Food taste of the restaurant is below standard.

Staff is friendly and welcoming, food was very very tasty. They had arranged live band show which was awesome. Created some wonderful memories. Enjoyed our stay to fullest. Breakfast buffet is also good. Try out their hand made pizza from live oven, it's lipsmacking. We took couple spa, which was also relaxing. Spacious rooms. Our stay was luxurious, filled with beautiful memories and enjoyed every bit of our stay
These are very minute things but can be improved which will make stay more comfortable to guest. Main thing they need to work on is in spa area massaging room and steam-sauna room is a bit far. We have to go from reception where public is seated which becomes a bit awkward. Hair dryer was not working, no one attended even after calling them for same. As renevation was going on gallery was dirty, they told us during check in that they will get it cleaned immediately, but no one cleaned till we checked out.

Located on main road, walking distance to the Mall Road. Excellent staff, great food! Overall, no complaints. Highly recommended.

We were upgraded to a duplex which was even better.
Heating/ac not working as and when expected. Could be an issue with my room unit.
