Location was excellent. Clean. Loved the bar.
The pool was shown as part of the hotel but in order to use it yiu had to pay¥2500! that is outrageous. It should be free for guests. Most guests would only use it for a short time. The front desk staff was unknowlegable. When I checked in her said I had 1 room for 1 night. I had 2 rooms booked for 3 nights. Also the put my family on different floors. When guests book 2 rooms they like to be near each other.

The hotel room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel and had a balcony. The restaurant on the 30th floor had amazing views of Kobe and the food was great.
The rooms were a little old fashioned
The staff to book in the pool/buffet deal were very awkward and seemed that they didn't want to let foreign guests book in. They were not flexible at all and the only reason why we managed to book was that my wife is fluent in Japanese.

Pretty. Staff helpful
Dated, very old. It wasn’t easy to get around hotel, doesn’t flow or connect to important sites within. No coffee in room. Charge for coffee. Hotel charges $18 USD per hour to register early or extend from 11:00 to noon or 1:00 PM.
