My wife cut (nothing major) herself accidentally and blood fell on the sheets. BUT...We are going to remember this for a long time. Not a pleasant experience, to avoid it hotel could have insurance for such a situation. Mind you, if there is a will there is a way. The lady from the reception came down to us with an actual photo as proof. She did her job, she was told to do so by management. So fault here entirely on management people.. Additionally, a friend from next to our room got charged as well, when he wiped his backpack with a towel. Been traveling around the world for a while never experienced such charges. You could make just notification on the very first thing, when giving us the entry cards to the room saying: towel and bedsheets when dirty, you get charged.

Очень комфортный, тихий и удобно расположенный отель. До Ката-бич пешком 10 минут неуспешным шагом, до Kata Night Market — 2 минуты, до 7-11 не больше 5 минут. В отеле чисто, опрятно, бассейн достаточно длинный, чтобы поплавать. Завтраки вкусные. Есть небольшой спортзал.

Медленный wi-fi, который постоянно отваливается, но во время отдыха это скорее плюс, чем минус :)

The front glass with waterfall will look great if cleaned. And more separation between guest and backstage will be appreciated.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly and location was amazing. Close to restaurants, beach and massage centres.

Lights were too deem, no proper socket close to mirrors; the one in the bathroom wasn’t working, AC makes noise. Online it says that facility provide laundry service which wasn’t the case. Room cleaning was mostly just about doing the bed no vacuuming of room or anything unlike some other hotels.

staffs are friendly and helpful, very helpful ! i got hurt and all of them helped out by doing research on how to cure it, calling doctor, etc staffs can also speak excellent english , even better than some of those 5 star resorts kata area is so much better than other beach area if you are looking to surf and enjoy peaceful life, this hotel location is not too near the beach or far. there’s food and lots of pub around. really convenient

the floor design ?

Very friendly staff. Nice design of the premises. A very good location near to night market, restaurant and bar strip but quiet as set back from the main road. Room with pool access was awesome.
