Cheap and cheerful
Don’t get a room facing the road as windows are paper thin and the noise was equivalent to staying in Times Square. This was however beaten by the bottom bedsheet having ejaculate on it….I kid you not. Told the staff and they changed the whole bed immediately but that was a first!

Nonsmoking family room smelt of smoke.
Breakfast was unacceptable (pre-boiled eggs well under cooked)
Staff in the dining room were not helpful or welcoming.

Breakfast 6.30am-8.30am, u expect hotel guest wake up and come for breakfast 8am.
In token mentioned 6.30am to 10.30am but when u reach cafe 8am they said close due to Puasa..its really bad.
All races shall be treated equally atleast in hotel.
We also pay same amount like others

The breakfast was really basic. Our shower leaked.

Good location as there are shops, laundromats (self service laundry) and restaurants in the area (Servay hypermarket is right next door). Room is spacious.
Cleanliness of the room & bathroom can be improved. Room was a bit dusty.
Parking areas are limited so you might have to park a bit far or wait for nearby parking to be available.
