very accommodating and friendly host

The entire hotel only had us as guests which was really scary since it is very close to the beach and the second door is not closed..there was a care taker who had taken up a near room and slept off by 10 I guess...no value for money for sure it's too expensive for the facilities provided..rooms were somewhat clean and big that's the only good part but overall wouldn't recommend since there are cheaper hotels nearby which we saw later

I thought it was at beach front - either way was VERY close so really not an issue.

room was clean, roomy and staff was very friendly. Easy access to the beach which was only 1min walk .

Splendid! The owners and the guys who look after the rooms are extremely kind! The whole staff makes you feel at ease! 💓 The location is fantastic, not even 30 seconds to the beach (where you can enjoy nightlife). The rooms are very clean, new and modern (we stayed in both the standard room - with balcony - and the 'cottage' on the ground floor). We asked for some clothes to be washed and they were perfect and smelled sooooo nice. The bathroom has a huge shower. The breakfast is delicious and every day they prepare something different, the fruit is always fresh and delicious. I had a divine time. Thank you!

could be noisy on certain nights of the week as the apartments are situated behind one of the most popular beach bars in Mirissa and they usually have a party on a Sunday until the early hours of the morning.

The location is amazing, less than a minute walking you will find the beach. The family who own this place is really friendly and they try to make your stay great. There is also space to park in his property what was really appreciated. They also have a shower to remove the salt and sand when you come from the beach, what they let us used it even after the check out time because we spent the departure morning on the beach. Definitly recommended
