Clean, comfortable, wonderful bar/pool/restaurant area, staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. I liked the glass wall on the bathroom giving it some natural light too.
It’s slightly more basic some business hotels, but that goes alongside its 4 star category, and I didn’t like the bedsheets too much they had a strange plasticky feel but it didn’t affect comfort really, it’s a minor point!

The breakfast was amazing and staff were very helpful always booking taxi and following whatever request have had.

The staff are wonderful! From reception to housekeeping, to the lovely staff at breakfast, it was a really treat and I felt very looked after.
The room smells damp and the pipes were very smelly at night, I woke up because of the bad smell one night. The hotel rooms could use a little update. They’re not bad but it’s not 5 stars. This was my second stay here as it’s near the Bangalore office but I would have preferred a more modern hotel.
