Great location, very clean, excellent breakfast, courteous staff

The room 220 I was allowed had food smell in it , coming from the ac I think. The replacement room bathroom drain was STINKING! I complained but it was not sorted. The room itself was great just the place seems to have a smell issue.

Good location and closer to a lot of IT hubs.

Breakfast and dining could have been made a little better.

The property was clean and the staff are polite and attentive. Breakfast and food available are good.

When we arrived at the hotel and were offloading our luggage from the car. Nobody came out to help us. We were in full view of the security as well as the front desk.. But nobody from the hotel bell desk came to collect our luggage until we went in to check in and asked them to do so. Apart from this, there was not enough hot water in the bathroom. The water was very lukewarm through most of the day. Finally, there was loud music being played somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel, or maybe on the hotel premises, well into the night, making sleeping quite difficult.
