Everything. Staff and accommodation where absolutely amazing.

It’s really beautiful, well maintained and clean. The staffs were really friendly as well.

There is a stuffy smell in the rooms. Better to air it out before guest comes in.

All great!Narvik Villa was the best place i have ever been.Staff was the greatest one! One week is never enough.Icha manage everything very well,she is managing staffs,cleanliness,villa itself,guests and all well done.lia is a great assistance she helps icha in every single thing,they went above and beyond to helped us,they brought us to traditional market and bargain everything,icha also give us a good advice where we going to having a good meals around,ella helped us when we need something in villa and very nice to communicate with her.fian and satryo clean garden and make it beautifull,highly recommend to stay in narvik villa.highly rate for cleanliness,they watch every single thing in villa,villa itself is great!it is the best place to having a good rest,feels like home.

Facilties, comfort, quietness and very helpful staff.

The villa was in excellent condition. On site staff team were exceptional and very welcoming. Even requests made at short notice were accommodated and delivered.

Some members in the group are city folk so were anxious about the exposed showers. Other than this it was an amazing villa.

Very satisfy with this villa, although the bathroom got a little problem, and the host call someone to fix it immediately, but still need more than 3 days to get it done, but still the host show her great effort to fix the problem. Really recommend this villa to who want to visit Lombok.

The property was fantastic, everything you would want or need was on hand. We loved the fact that it was located away from the hustle and bustle of Senggigi main street and we had the opportunity to explore and experience local culture and stunning surroundings! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had more than other villas we have stayed in, the pool and “Zen” garden were blissful! 1 bedroom is seperate to the main house with its own bathroom, good for parents with small children, and has its own water cooler and bar fridge. The main bedroom is large and has a bath. The 3rd bedroom (big) but no TV. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have own bathroom- which is important in a group. Isha and the whole team were welcoming, accommodating and simply genuinely loveable people, going above and beyond to answer “ALL” of our many questions and requests. We travelled as a group of 5 women and felt safe and very well looked after. Memories to cherish forever- Thank You!

If there was anything that we thought should improve is the living conditions for the staff, which are very basic at best. It made us feel a little guilty having such plush creature comforts. Although having Isha and the team was fantastic, you do feel a little compromised on privacy as there is always someone else there- in saying that the trade off was we felt safe... anyone who came to the villa was met by the team first.
