A gem of a hotel right in the middle of the Bukhara old town, short stroll to all the sights, restaurants, bazaar stalls and shops! Friendly and informative staff at reception and breakfast room, also helped with taking a taxi late at night. Central location yet quiet and peaceful for sleeping. Stayed in apartment room, had a small balcony and lounge area. Kettle and refrigerator provided. Loved the beautiful inner courtyard with decorative tiled walls. Very clean bathroom 👌
Our room did not have coffee or tea sachets prepared, but if we had wanted them, I'm sure we could have just asked the staff. They seemed very obliging.

The staff are very helpful, we had a medical emergency and they helped us and the location is amazing right in the center of the old city.
It’s clean generally but I would not describe it as spotless

Central location
A slippery bathtub, slippery floors. One of us got food poisoning from breakfast.
