Sezam

Everything! it was a warm and inviting home, in the literal perfect location. You’re minutes away from the beautiful old town and there are several small stores for snacks nearby. The owner and her family were so friendly and kind! And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I really can’t fault this stay. I found the bathroom very clean and modern, and the bed was comfy too. I can’t recommend enough.

Nothing! I wish I could have stayed longer

The location is fantastic, in the Old City near the Mosque, Ark, Nasreddin Hodja... There are markets and supermarket nearby. I have truly enjoyed Bukhara, beautiful city with many pleasant parks. Sezam Hostel is central but yet quiet enough to rest, though April it may not be a peak tourist season. The room was airy, felt nice to be in. The family is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple: eggs, fruits, cucumber/tomato, bread, cheese and jam. But I think the breakfast is somewhat accommodated to your country of origin, as some Russian tourists had a different breakfast with buck wheat. That is a very attentive gesture of the host family. They also agreed to check me in early and late check out, again many thanks 🙏. I have loved the people I've met, Tajik and Uzbek are very friendly. And Sezam hostel is a great place to start. The weather was sunny and warm, sometimes hot, sometimes fresh in the morning.

Nothing that I dislike, just the bathroom is for taller people than me 😉. Somehow when arriving, the "Get Directions" from Booking app took us somewhere completely off, the address in Yandex is: Baha-ud-Din Naqshband 48/1

Excellent place. The location is ideal, and the amenities were great as well. I had breakfast everyday and the family were very kind to prepare a vegetarian option for me. The woman helping me couldn’t speak English, but it wasn’t a problem, as we used Google translator and the communication went just fine.

Гостиница расположена в традиционном бухарском доме с внутренним двориком. Удобное месторасположение в старом городе, достаточно тихое, но в то же время, найти основные городские ориентиры, совсем нетрудно. Семья хозяев живёт тут же, всё вместе создаёт очень домашнюю атмосферу! Замечательные домашние завтраки, приготовленные хозяйкой Гульбахор, были очень вкусными и разнообразными! Варенье из инжира и айвы были по-восточному очень вкусными! Очень гостеприимные и радушные Хозяева, к которым хочется вернуться ещё не раз. Большое спасибо за всё!
