The mattresse of the bed could be better. The breakfast: 1) no fresh milk 2) the general quality of food, not bad, could be better too.

I was in Lucca just for a day, on my way to Siena along the Via Francigena. I felt very welcome here. Overall it was a very nice experience. The location is perfect for visiting the city centre. Personnel very kind and willing to help. For sure a place to keep in mind when I will be back in Lucca.

The breakfast was unexciting, while eggs were offered each day, towards the end of our stay we were the only guests and there were no fresh pastries. Our stay at the hotel, while pleasant, was not value for money.
