I loved the overall care and attention to detail. Elizabetta was amazing and the unit was spotlessly clean, had everything I needed in a nice neighbourhood. A very quiet location.. It was easy to get to with no stairs or bridges just the vaporetto across from s maria station. A qick fwrry ride down the grand canal to everything and so close to the canal.

Our host Elisabetta was wonderful - she met us outside the building and showed us around. She also offered to pick us up from the bus station. Communication with her was excellent - she is super nice and speaks good English. The apartment is fully-furnished and very pleasant, really a home away from home. There were two portable air-conditions, one in each bedroom. The apartment was clean and the location is great - within a short walking distance from shops and restaurants, vaporetto (water bus) and the train station. For a family of four with school-age children, this apartment was ideal for us. We would gladly visit again!

Leuk appartement op een geweldige locatie. In slechts enkele minuten ben je bij het bus- of treinstation, en toch zit je in een rustige buurt met een gezellig pleintje en goede restaurants. Ook de vaporetto is dichtbij, terwijl je net zo gemakkelijk te voet bij de sterattracties van Venetië komt. Het appartement heeft ook nog eens een prachtig tuintje, waar je in de middag heerlijk kunt zitten, lezen en bijkomen van een dag in La Serenissima.

It was advertised as a 2 bath....no, it was two rooms, one w shower and one w toilet and washer. This was not ideal when traveling with 4 people Beds were terribly hard and furniture.. one chair and one small and hard and built in sofa ...not comfortable Towels felt like sandpaper
