Location is superb . You can go almost on every must see point in Vienna on foot.

The apartment has a central location .ans we had a wonderful stay. Accessing the place with codes was simple and effortless without any difficulties. Throughout our stay, we felt safe and secure, which was a big plus. The apartment met all our expectations and provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location was convenient, and we were able to explore the city easily. We highly recommend this apartment for families and couples looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their great service.

Great room, fabulous location, quirky decor.

Loved everything

Location is perfect. It's close to all the touristic locations and also the metro station. I stayed in the balcony room, it was nice to have coffee in the balcony. Heating is very good, room was hot. Since you don't get any key etc, check in and check out was very easy.

Room was very small. I can't say this is a house, it's an hotel room with a small cooking area in it. I had to put my luggage on the floor and i needed to be careful when i go to toilet. Room was joined room (there was a door between my room and someone else's room). no body mentioned this, if i knew this, at least i wouldn't pay extra money?!. i paid extra money to be able to stay in the balcony room and this was not ok. the people who stayed in the next room was TERRIBLE they shout, laughed so loudly and watched the television nearly screaming in the middle of the night. i had really bad time for sleeping even i know the door and asked to be quite. Aircondition was not working and they don't support after working hours after 17:00 which is very early for a touristic place. And even in the working hours, you can only reach by email or phone. they don't support chat apps like whatsapp. Pillows are very bad, you should change those pillows. in summary price performance is not very good. if i go again, i won't stay in this property. i like to sleep in the nights.

Very central location. Clean modern apartment with everything you need. Host was very helpful answering all my questions prior to arrival.

Shower seemed to leak onto bathroom floor.

The location of the flat, right in the heart of old Vienna, was perfect and we were impressed by the ease with which we were able to access the building and the flat on arrival. The position of the flat in the building was also perfect - and incredibly quiet. Having the balcony was a real bonus - perfect for breakfast and for relaxing after a day exploring the city. We had one small issue but were again impressed with how easy it was to contact City Stay Vienna and how quickly they sorted the problem - thank you, Aliz!

A minor thing but, for English speaking visitors it would be good to have Satellite channels on the tv with English language programmes available. As it was, we just read instead!

The location was excellent, right in the centre, and we really liked the decor and the facilities. The bed was very comfy, we slept like angels. We’ll certainly come again!

One could hear when the people in the adjoining rooms were talking. The code pad by the room door never worked at the first attempt. No extractor fan in the bathroom.

I am disappointed with your apartments 1. You have declared - a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. But there is no living room. 2. There is no light in the bedroom - it does not work. 3. A child is constantly crying in the next room.

Perfect location, room was big enough. There were 2 blankets, even though only one bed, it was so comfortable. Amazing option to drop the bags inside room before check-in time.

Hot water in bathroom finished very quick. Literally was enough only for one person to take shower.

Very good location. In the center of Vienna. Very easy check-in and check-out as the doors are coded which we received prior to check-in. The apartments are well equipped for a short stay. Cleanliness is up to par. There are both grocery stores and many restaurants nearby. The two main metro stations are also nearby. We liked it. I recommend!

The location is well situated to explore the city and was ideal for New Years! Lots of great cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the Metro & the Cathedral. Fully stocked kitchen facilities and very spacious room with a large bed.

The hot water kept running out, the second person would end up with a cold shower, not sure what was wrong with the water boiler..

Location is acceptable. still 20 - 25 minutes walk to main attractions.

The shower was leading the water out of the shower area. The bathroom floor was dirty. Third person's bed was horrible. it was a folded chair turned into a bed. not comfartable, not good either. My husband had to sleep on the chair for two days. he could bairly fit. very disappointing.

Very close to the Stephanschurch like a few minutes walking. By the church is the underground station with lines U1 and U3. Very quiet in the evening and night

There were many small moths in the room. That is something that was not a problem for us, but which is less appreciated by others. The toilet seat is loose. Also had miscommunication in the beginning, because you have to fill out and send a form. We had done this immediately, but received no confirmation of receipt, but a standard message the day before arrival that they asked for it again as if nothing had been received. When asked via chat, they admitted to having received it.

great location clean and fresh room

Nice location in Stephansplatz. The kitchenette was really nice and had everything we needed.

I booked a room with a bed and a pull out couch. I did not get that. I arrived around 10-11 pm so I couldn’t very well ask for another room. The room is clean and plain. Nothing special. I would not stay again but it was fine.
