Beautiful home, modern and equipped with all amenities that you need. The location is superb, just 2 mins walk to the sub train or tram, lots of cafe and shopping around. Very near to Stephansplatz. What you see in the picture is what you get in real time.

Harika bir konumda harika bir ev... Her şey tertemiz ve çok konforluydu. Beklentilerimizin bile üstündeydi. Merkezi bir yerde olduğu için her yere yürüyerek, dolaşarak gidebildik.

Spacious and comfortable. A truly unique blend of modern facilities and old world charm.

The location was excellent for access to the Metro @ Swedenplatz. The apartment was relatively insulated from noise outside. The facilities (Washer/Dryer, kitchen) were nice as well.
The apartment is a bit sparsely furnished for my tastes. It could do with side tables and extra chairs in the living room. The biggest drawback is that the flooring through the apartment out is loose, almost as if it were water damaged and squeaks when ever you transit the rooms.
