Exactly what I wanted

Simple and easy check in. Easy access in and out of hotel especially during after hours (ultra trail support require going out of hotel early hours) Comfortable room and warm

The location was great. The town and all restaurants etc were within walking distance. Beds were really nice and comfortable

Pleasant

Staff, food, gaming, bar, and restaurant downstairs were great.

Two levels up, no lifts, creaky floors, small rooms & even smaller ensuite. Poor.

Had a great stay and we will definitely be back

Beautiful rooms and the staff were fantastic even though they had a pub full of people. the gentleman in the bottle shop was extremely lovely and even offered to help us in with our bags!!

Lovely comfortable hotel.

The room was small but very tidy. The service was wonderful - such hospitality. really lovely. The pub food was delicious. Good wifi. Close to everything.

No cutlery or teacups etc in the rooms. No phones in the room. The printed out codes for the free wifi.

Disappointing

the location. it is near to town centre. the pub downstairs serves great food and alcohol

the whole place is undergoing renovation so it is dusty and noisy. carpets need to be changed. there is a musty smell everywhere. hot water isn’t functioning when I was there and there are no elevators- u have to use the stairs to carry the luggage.

Lovely,clean and comfortable. The only thing that was missing was there was no soap in the bathroom.

Very good

Room was very clean but small. Even though we were right on top of the pub the pub closed at a decent hour.

Location was the only redeeming feature.

Dining room very good

Could have supplied a Toaster and a Microwave in the room. We were advised there would be some noise in the room from the bar area however the noise was excessive. No hot water on the third night.

Friendly and comfortable

Helpful friendly staff. Very clean renovated room . Good position. Freshly decorated beer garden for meeting friends.

A pleasant place to rest your head after a night at a certain amazing brewery a few doors up

It is a conveniently placed pub in close proximity to the heart of katoomba.

The pillows weren't particularly great, and a few cups in the room for water would be nice for when you can't walk down to the bar.

A pleasant stay in the mountains for a fun weekend

Conveniently located, very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Beds comfortable, bathroom small, modern, shower nice and hot. Meals in restaurant were well priced, generous in size and tasty. Free car parking.

Carrying luggage and trying to navigate getting through the locked glass door that separates the accomodation and the public bar to access our room.

Proximity to anything, that was cool

There is no convenient way for the guests to get in and get out other than going through a packed pub/restaurant. That was annoying. Also, the parking lot was a bit crude.

Value for money pretty dissatisfied.

There was not hot water. $150 at night , not even wifi . I had to ask and only 8 hours .
