Everything was very straight foward and easy. Really liked how welcoming and genuine the owners are.

tamien hostel refused tomlet me into the property after I had booked with booking .com my African American friend phoned them to ask for directions when I was going there the lady was so rude she was asking too many questions on phone I believe they are racist as we were not whitecaps expected she asked me my name she asked me how long I was staying she asked me if I was paying by cash and if I came from booking .com all these was over the phone later she hung up the phone and said she was going for lunch later when a passerby gave me directions to the property she was she refused to let me in I rang the bell several times she did not open the gate I was so shocked for such discriminating behaviour as fast as I know the hostel is managed by racist staffs who don't want a black person

the attitude is appalling they are racist they hate black people they are slave masters probably
