Very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Perfect family stay for a trip to universal. Nice people. Good breakfast. Easy self parking and convenient to universal.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were close to the theme park we were visiting and we felt safe in the hotel.

The overall stay was good. We had noisy neighbors upstairs but expected that when you are in a middle floor. Minor but funny that they did actually provide the number of towels per the booking. Last four or five, always was short. Finally, biggest disappointment was parking having to be double parked and no laundry facilities even though the hotels.com website still says it does. The parking also cost money which I did not realize at time of booking. The guy in front of me thought the same thing as he complained to the front desk. Upon reviewing the website it says parking available but maybe should say paid parking available. I also rented a car, leaving the keys at the front desk was not an option as no one else can drive the car except me. Front desk helped with it though, giving me other options. In the end the staff was friendly and it did what we needed.

Hotel was fine, charged $19 for parking in a tandem parking lot in what I'd call a below-average neighborhood. Not entirely unsafe but we weren't exactly motivated to hang around or even walk across the street to the grocery store after dark. Decent breakfast setup and economical for what we needed as a family going to Universal Studios.

The Hotel and staff was excellent. The parking is double deep. So if you or the other car needs to leave someone needs to move out of the way for that to happen. Parking cost 20.00. The area is definitely not the best but it is close to the Burbank airport 7 min drive

Overall the property was average, the refrigerator in the room was noisy. The staff and services were great. The room was clean and maintained.

They were doing some construction but we’re respective of time of day close to universal studios I wouldn’t go walking at night but felt safe at hotel even had a small indoor pool would stay again

The cleaning staff were super loud in the hallways all morning, they were making personal calls walking up and down the hallway. Their walkie talkie volume all the way up too. Everything else was ok.

This will be our new go to hotel whenever we are in the Burbank area. This hotel is clean and safe. The staff are friendly as well. The free breakfast is also great.

I like the pricing and how convenient the layout was for us as a family of 4 with two rooms inside our room, and 2 restrooms. What I did not like was the area surrounding the hotel, the aspect was very old, and the continuous noise in the work being done in the maintenance from the crew members. Also, they do not clean your room unless you request it to be cleaned. Overall, it is practical, but not the most luxurious place.

The front desk lady was AMAZING! I was really concerned by the neighborhood as we got close to the property, but the immediate area was actually okay. The room had been recently updated and was quite nice. The parking garage has double parking and is weird, but again the front desk lady made it all okay.

Our room was very nice and updated. The breakfast was okay but with limited options. Overall the facility was dated and not very well maintained. At night the area was sketchy and unwelcoming. Only stayed two nights to take a trip to Universal. Not horrible for the price, could have been worse.

We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. It checked all the important things. Close to Universal Studios, Free Breakfast, Clean room and Friendly Staff. It may not be the newest looking hotel with modern aesthetics, but we were able to sleep well. The neighborhood has lots of nearby restaurants, including a Starbucks, it is on a busy street but it's not at all sketchy. We will definitely stay again here.

Nice place to stay. The neighborhood is older but it didn't feel dangerous to me. The staff were friendly. The only draw back I can mention is breakfast was hard to get but that isn't the hotels fault the other guests were just inconsiderate.

Paid a fortune to stay here, the fellow at the desk was very friendly at check in. The problem came when I got to the room and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was midnight and we’d been traveling all day and were too tired to deal with the problem. If I’m paying almost $400/night, the air conditioning should work.

The room had an overwhelming odor as we walked in. The curtains had holes, and the carpet needs to be replaced because it is old, discolored and we felt uncomfortable walking on it without shoes.

Had to pay extra for parking that they said was complimentary. Air conditioning was not working. People next door were loud all nite. We got no sleep

Room was a bit musty smelling even though it was visually very clean. Not sure if there was an issue with the AC - but all of us woke up with headaches the 2 days we were there - once we got home our headaches finally went away. Breakfast was good and coffe tasted great.

The location of the property was perfect. Grocery store, Starbucks, food trucks, etc was within a 1 minute walk. The hotel was nice and was a great price. Staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean. It had a cute small pool with a small relaxing area. But if you have a car and need parking, the fee to park is the only thing that would deter me from returning.

There is no Laundry for customers. But it shows on site Laundry available. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel because i want a Laundry but they didn’t have it. Disappointed :(
