The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room(18) was rhe size of my garage with no wardrobe, dressing table or suitcase stand so we lived from our case. Three coat hooks and hangers provided. Room access stairs uncovered and difficult to climb. Whole area contains steps to different levels and unsuitable for elderly.

Lovely room, clean and tidy. Lovely location fairford is a lovely little place. Breakfast was nice. Chips were nice with dinner.

The service was very slow, even though the pub was empty. Staff were not friendly or welcoming, on the bar and for service. There was no staff on the hotel reception which meant we were waiting constantly. We both ordered the burger which was extremely underwhelming. It was very tough and tasted like a frozen burger, for a £15 meal each we were quite unsatisfied. At breakfast no one greeted us, were waiting 15 minutes without a drink so had to ask. Staff didn’t know we were down for breakfast. Also I had a message at 8pm asking when I would arrive, I had arrived hours prior to this. Very unorganised.
