The room was great, bed comfy and I loved the extra items such as water in the fridge and biscuits. Great Hot shower also.
One waiter (male) was a little rude when he bought our meals. He plonked them on the table and his body language was rude. He also checked me out the next day and could do with a better attitude towards customers. He seemed like he was busy and I wasn't important.

very clean modern
the location opposite pretty grim houses wasn’t good and we couldn’t sit outside. perhaps a hedge grown in front with an entrance and exit at ends ?

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were updated and very clean and beds comfortable. The room was refilled with clean towels each day.

The location was great and very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed comfortable too.
We were disappointed the 'glasses proved were plastic!

we were able to park our car right at our doorstep
there wasn’t just a spot to hang out with our family. lucky there was a park and playground not to far away.

Room is big, air con works well to keep room warm, shower's hot water is good (mixer is fantastic), the microwave oven is good provision and milk provided is a pleasant and appreciated surprise. Parking is in front of room, makes unloading easy. Staff was friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the location was quiet. The standard queen room was comfortable and adequate for our short stay even though it was small.
The light in the carport outside the bedroom window was a bit bright for sleeping. It could have been installed lower down. Main light switch didn't have a dimmer so watching tv at night was a bit bright. As the room was small I would have replaced the couch with a small table and two chairs allowing room for another bedside table.

The Avenue Inn exceeded our expectations it felt more hotel than motel. The décor was well presented and the room fresh and clean. The bathroom was small but well appointed and great hot water service.
Nothing really, not such a big gripe, perhaps expanding the TV viewing options to include a Netflix service. Commercial tv channels just does not cut it these days.
