Location next to the station and near trams was great. Good breakfast, decent sized room. Good value for money.
Our room faced an inner courtyard and was a bit gloomy. No real reception area.

Just a short walk from the train station and close to bus stops and tram stations, as well as restaurants and shopping.
The beds were very comfortable.

I liked the proximity to the train station, tram, in the renovated rue de strasbourg. Still not the safest to walk at night but I avoided that.
First night was good, second night AC was on because of heat. Even after turning off mine it was still extremely noisy, I guess from the whole system and other rooms. Also easy to hear showers or people walking close by. I hardly slept at all. I opened the window to hear the noises from outside which was better… unfortunately.
