Short distance from railway station
The street is a little unpleasant. Many young guys, drunks, hanging around outside the hotel, smoking weed, dealing. Not a lot the hotel can do about it, but it put me off staying here again.

Property was easy to find, very close to the station and tram line. Staff were super helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good.

Hotel is clean and modern looking with all the things you need in a hotel room. The staff were friendly and we managed to get street parking right outside
The rooms were very small with a tiny window and a very tiny bathroom. We travelled with our dog and luckily he is small because we struggled with his crate up in the room and its not a particularily big crate. Also i didn't realise when booking but the hotel is in an area with a lot of strip clubs and bars so felt a bit worried walking round there at night.

Well known chain so the quality of the room is generally the same everywhere.
Sleeps well, good bed and such. Has a decent sized tv with many french channels and even a Korean one.
No further "luxury" extras (coffee machine, fridge or safe) available.
This specific room (and a few others) is located above the entrance and has an L-shaped layout. Climb over the bed to reach the other side with the en-suite. Which is also the largest area for your luggage..
5th floor one has only a small 30x40cm window overlooking the roof of other buildings.
