The hotel was convenient to the train station as well as Oktoberfest. We were able to walk to both. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices including hot items, cold cuts and cheeses, breads, yogurt, cereals and fruit. We enjoyed the coffee machine.
The street below had a lot of noise all night long so ask the front desk if you need some earplugs.

Close to the Munich central station and access to quick eats and supermarkets
Very helpful staff during check in and check out
The room could have better lighting, a mirror next to window so it makes the room feel bigger brighter.
Coffee wasn’t replaced in the room. Used coffee cups weren’t cleaned either

Good location, very accessible to all touristy parts of the city. Lot of cafes and Arabic restaurants around if you want a midnight snack. Staff was accommodative when I needed to extend my stay for another night.
Not very clean, everything in the room and bathroom was dusty. The duvet had tiny hairs on it. Room felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. Housekeeping missed cleaning the room on the first day. The room was also much smaller than what’s shown in the photos, making it a bit uncomfortable.
