Everything was excellent! Great apartment, close to city centre!

Nice and clean private room with bathroom. Tv with local and some regional program. Spacious 2 by 2 meters sliding door closet. Windows can be open even though my room was next to parking lot. I could adjust how warm room i want it to be. Cleaning lady is nice and friendly ,you can have more towels if you ask, management was adaptable to my request regarding longer stay in same room. Neighborhood is nice and quiet second zone to center, i found excellent spot for coffee within 3min of walk. There is big park close by for running. Water pressure is excellent. Mattress is not that firm, and not good for back issues. Wifi signal and speed was good.

Great price for good accommodation near Ljubljana center
The building is very damaged, not the rooms where we stayed, but you can see there was a fire or something similar on the building above.
There was a strong smell of cigarettes when entering the rooms area. The room where we stayed had a lot of air fresheners to try mask unpleasant smells.
I am not a big fan of the self check in. The instructions are there but it was in my opinion a harder process than if they had a person on the reception to answer any questions.

The parking place, i felt that my car was safe.
Lack of maintanance; the bathroom doorknob was loose and felt apart, wallpaper was falling down and there was a funny "Jamaican" scent

I liked the self-check in process, good implemented. Room was good, clean, comfortable. Would choose it again and again in the future
Couldn't get reception on the TV by some reason, and there was no shampoo (even though there was shower gel and soap).

Nice comfortable bed and room and bathroom. Free secured private parking (limited but there was room for our car and trailer). Code access. Good communication before as no-one at reception. Leave tourist tax in a box in the room. Fridge in the room.
Smelt a little mouldy. A little bit small but comfortable.

its far away from everything and you said its close but i have to take bus to arrive to city center and the old town

Great location in quiet residential area in walking distance of city centre. Private parking behind a locked gate. Room was big and modern. Communication with host was great.
Some of the fittings were loose like the bathroom door handle but it didn't really matter.

The sheets were clean, good location and overall seemed clean. Easy checkin.
The bed was very uncomfortable and nosy when you turn on it and the mattress seemed quite uneven. You would sync in the middle. The room had a lot of watermarks all over the walls and an overall smell of humidity / not ventilated place.

Within walking distance to the city center (around 20 minutes walk) in a quiet neighborhood. Room was cozy and had everything that's needed for a short stay. Automatic check has been clearly explained by the host in the e-mail. Private parking is an advantage

Private parking.
The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The AC stopped working and to our surprise the window wouldn't open to get some fresh air in. The toilet was leaking so there would constantly be a puddle on a bathroom floor. The water in the shower was hardly adjustable, so we would get either extremely hot or really cold water.
