Manias Hotel Apartments

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at Manias Hotel Apartments in Agia Marina. The location is excellent, and we were warmly welcomed by the owner. He was very patient, kind, friendly and always ready to help. The apartment also has a small kitchenette, which is very convenient for preparing breakfast, coffee or some snacks. Guests can also use the swimming pool at the nearby Atrion Resort. We personally didn’t have time to use it because we came to Crete mainly for the sea, beaches and beautiful landscapes, but it is definitely a nice extra option to have. One thing we especially appreciated was the parking. The owner helped us with everything, and when they say “free parking”, it really is free. You have your own reserved parking spot, secured with a chain and key. This was extremely useful for us because we made several trips around Crete and always knew that our parking space would be waiting for us when we returned. In some other places in Greece, “free parking” can simply mean trying to find a space somewhere on the street, so having a guaranteed private spot was a big advantage. The property is also very close to Agia Marina Beach, which is a lovely place to relax. The sand is soft, the water was very pleasant, and we really enjoyed spending our last day there. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay at Manias Hotel Apartments again if we return to Crete, and we would happily recommend it to our friends and family.

Nothing to complain about: probably just that time flew by so quickly! Crete is amazing, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was perfect close to shops & beach. Lots of beach bars with free sunbeds. Very clean apartments.

Can be a lot of stairs to apartment depending which floor you’re on.

I really liked the location, it is very close to the sea. The room was spacious and clean, the trash was taken out of the room every day and cleaning was done every two days. The host is a special, attentive person.

Had the BEST stay ever at Manias Apartments, Stratos was an incredible and amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. He went over and beyond our expectations, the apartment was big and very clean and had everything we needed, including a cooker and kettle. It was cleaned everyday which was a bonus. We had amazing herbs and vegetables from Stratos garden and the apartment was very close to amazing local beaches and restaurants. Would 1000% recommend to stay at Manias Apartments for anyone visiting the Agia Marina area and we will deffo be returning here. Thank you Stratos for your hospitality and making our trip so so wonderful!

Nothing, everything was perfect.
