La chambre était spacieuse ainsi que les toilettes. Les toilettes était super bien équipé.

Sous le lit malheureusement il y avait extrêmement de poussière, point négatif.

Kostenloser Parkplatz , ist in Holland leider eine Rarität . Es war ruhig im Hotel . Das Frühstück war immer sehr liebevoll von den 2 freundlichen Damen hergerichtet worden und auch immer aufmerksam wieder aufgefüllt worden. Auch der dort arbeitende Mann hat immer das nicht mehr benötigte Geschirr aufmerksam wieder abgeräumt . Super Job , großes Lob von uns .

leider sind die Zimmer und Flure sehr abgewohnt und an der Sauberkeit könnte noch ausgebaut werden . In unserem Zimmer hing zum Beispiel Staub am zusammen gerollten Fernsehkabel des Fernseher das am Boden lag , der mit Sicherheit schon einge Monate nicht entfernt wurde. Auch auf der dahinterliegenden Fußleiste dicke Staubwolken .Man bräuchte nur 5 Sekunden mit dem Staubsauger draufhalten wenn man richtig hinsehen würde . Ganz schlechte Note für die Reinigungskräfte . Im Bad fehlte am Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens das Sieb und die komplette Armatur wackelte . Könnte ja ein Hausmeister mal wieder festschrauben . Bei der Dusche ( in der Badewanne die für ältere Menschen schwer einzusteigen ist ) und in der Toilette ist der Wasserdruck unzureichend eingestellt . Einfach nur Schlamperei . Nachts gegen 03:15 Uhr ging dann ein Feuerarlarm los , alle Hotelgäste verlassen über die Treppen das Hotel , wir waren im obersten 5. Stockwerk . Zum Glück war es ein Fehlalarm . Warum genau - vom Hotel kam keine Erklärung und auch keine Entschuldigung .

Vervallen gebouw. Lijkt mij dat het een geweldig concept zou worden eind jaren 90. Halverwege de verbouwing zijn ze gestopt ofzo, de troep ligt nog aan de kant geschoven. Ze runnen het denk ik al jaren op deze manier. Ik had geselecteerd op bad en balkon. Het bad was niet schoon en er was geen balkon. In de lift hangt er bijv één flyer, over de kerstdagen 2022... Van een 4 sterrenhotel voor die prijs verwacht ik wel wat meer. Beter wat meer betalen voortaan dus en niet meer van de plaatjes op de websites uitgaan

主要幹線道路、観光地どちらへのアクセスも良く、駐車場もホテル下の屋根付きスペースが十分にあり雨天でも利用しやすかった。また、スタッフの対応が暖かく、朝食エリアも十分に整備されており、とても居心地が良かった。

ルームライトの電球切れ、コンセントの不作動などがあり、設備の保全が行き届いていなかった。 また、洗面台の排水管が詰まりかけており水切れが悪く、バスルームのシャワーについては高さの調整がなく、身長が低い人が滞在するには不便を感じる作りなっていた。

Very spacious room. And convenient for what we needed. The staff was friendly and useful.

Electrical plugs exposed on walls with no plastic covers. Bedside lights hanging off the wall. Dust everywhere, not clean. Bed far too small for an average guy or tall girl.

Comfortable room. Room service every day to make the bed and switch towels - though no vacuuming during my stay. Staff was friendly and helped with requests.

The location isn't great for getting to either Delft or Den Haag by public transport/walking. To be fair that is quite obvious to see beforehand.

The hotel is located close to the highway and at the same time at 25 min walk from Old Delft and 35 min walk from Delft Central Station. Room 511 was spacious, comfortable (a/c, fan, fridge, safe, water kettle) and the bathoom was large (bathtub with showde) The mattrasses were great! Sound isolation was perfect. Nice breakfast: lot of choice. Friendly staff Free parking

Clean, spacious, excellent!

Room's of decent size; the shower is quite big as well. The hotel is quite quiet, has ample parking, and friendly staff on reception & in room service. Room was cleaned OK, basic facilities were provided.

Safe box didn't work, and the staff didn't fix or replace it despite the issue being addressed a few times. The room furniture showed age and wear and tear. TV remote was not in the room upon arrival and had to be retrieved separately. Room service doesn't do (or do poorly) vacuuming/mopping, and the floor remains dusty. Bathtub is abysmal (although new and clean).

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff member at reception that stood out the most was Omar, he was very professional and always helpful.

I informed the hotel before arrival that my mother was disabled. But when I got to the hotel there was no shower facilities for disabled guests. The room was clean, however under the bed was full of dust.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a large impressive selection and catered for all our needs. The rooms were equipped with a small fridge and a kettle, however the sachets of coffee etc., were not always replenished

There was a lack of local information, i.e. bus/train/tram times and an idea of costs, and where to catch them. This would cost a very small amount of money to fix, i.e print out local schedules, or displayed on a local screen so it can be easily viewed and updated. Whilst asking at reception we found that the younger generation receptionists did not know, and were unable to find out. (e.g. phone the train station and ask!). The more mature staff were more helpful, but were not always on duty. There appeared to be a lack of general staff, e.g. when returning from the town, wishing to have a drink, there were no staff behind the bar. This was every evening, so not just a one off, so we had drinks at the Campanile (just down the road) instead.

The hotel has a good location and I have no complaints about it. There were discrepancies regarding the billing, hence my assessment.

The hotel charged me more than 50 euros more than in the booking. When I tried to advertise this, it turned out that in the financial documents he uses a different name "China Great Hotel" than in the booking "Shanghai Hotel", and my complaint was not accepted. The hotel did not respond to the comments sent.

Free breakfast as compensation for room not being prepared. The room was very spacious.

When we arrived, our room was not prepared/cleaned up. Fortunately we were then assigned another room. This room was OK, though fairly dusty. The TV remote didn't work well. Then while we were relaxing in our room suddenly our door was opened by other guests, they were assigned the same room. Of course they were as shocked as we were! We will never again forget to lock the door just in case; but regardless this situation is unacceptable.. Luckily we were still dressed! The next morning we found out our key also didn't work anymore, probably due to the double booking. Everytime we went to reception, they were busy on the phone.

Breakfast was good and hotel staff very friendly. Good parking facility.

Connection between hotel and restaurant is not clear. As hotel client I was twice denied access to the restaurant because of 'festivities'. For access to the room safe you have to lie on the ground, there is no light and it is very small (in any case there was no instruction how to open it).

A friend was not feeling well so we requested the reception to extend the checkout time by 30min. They were really helpful and really helped in this regard.

The sofa bed was ok but could have been a little bit improved.

Room was fantastic. Spacious with big windows. Bed was very comfortable. Location was good as well with the bus stop a 7 min walk away.

The reception staff could be more friendlier.
