Pretty hotel in lovely location. Good breakfast, quiet room overlooking canal. Clean and organised. Friendly efficient staff.
Bathroom was cramped but it was OK.

Location and staff were great! The room was acceptable.
No A/C, no tissues or washcloths provided.
Breakfast was okay, but the same every day.

The room was in an annex about a 3 minute walk from the hotel check-in. We were a little concerned about this but the room was well designed and prepped for an enjoyable quiet stay.
Check in is 4 PM which surprised us as most hotels now offer 3 PM check in. The receptionist was able to get us checked in by 3:30 PM for which we were thankful. Their older computer system was having challenges which led to a pile up of guests wanting to check in. New computer system recommended.

The staff were helpful. Canal view was nice as well as the complimentary appetizer. It was very clean and I appreciated the closeness to city center.
It is noisy due to nearness of college kids partying. The electric system was wonky and had to unplug some lamps to turn off and move Nespresso machine to the bedside table for a workable plug.

"Posizione comoda per chi arriva in treno e per chi vuole visitare il centro di Delft o il TU. Bella la camera affacciata sul canale, bagno spazioso, vasca angolare davvero grande, con ottimi prodotti!..."
