Very friendly and jovial staff both at reception (Ivica, Alen, Ivana) and at the bar (Marija Elena and Nina). They all went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and help us plan our outings and make the next of the time we had in Dubrovnik.
Would highly recommended anyone considering staying at this hotel just for the staff itself and the excellent accommodation is a bonus. You won't be disappointed.

Huge variety at breakfast. Vegetarian choices incl baked sweet potato, breaded aubergine, mushrooms etc. staff very helpful. Our room was huge and bathroom exceptional
Bus stop to Old Town 200m up the hill often full in the morning and pavement down to port narrow and badly lit. Not the hotel's fault at all but I wished I had a torch

The hotel is fantastic, the room is big, beautiful and comfortable, the location is great-it’s near a bus stop so you can reach the old city very quickly. The breakfast is the best one that I’ve ever seen!! A lot of variety of food and the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
