Great view of the beach from the common terrace, and if you’re lucky, you may even get a room with a view (unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for us this time). The location is very convenient—about a 3-minute bus ride to the Old Town, with buses running approximately every 10 minutes, or around a 20–25-minute walk. Just keep in mind that there is a fairly steep slope along the way. Free parking is available nearby, but the parking spaces are not specifically reserved for guests of the Guest House. Also, be prepared to use the stairs. You’ll need to go up and down roughly 50 steps or so to get to the parking area or the bus stop, so this may be something to consider if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The room was big enough for me alone. I had a nice balcony with view on the city and ocean. Bathroom looked really new. It's a short walk down to the road and then about 20 to 30 min to the old town. Or you can take bus 4. I got a Dubrovnik Pass for 3 days and with it you can use the city busses for free, so that was great. From the ferry port it's quite a walk, so I took an uber to the location the owner suggested. That was good because I only had to walk down a few stairs. When I went to the airport, I walked to Grawe busstation, where you can get the shuttlebus for 10 euro's. I had a backpack with me and it was doable. Late check out was possible, which I really appreciate.

Very clean, very homely, owners are present and helpful with any questions you might have, location is decent very close to a main street but on top of a hill but there are stairs that lead right to the property.

Location is a bit high on a hill, maybe not the best idea if you plan to drink a lot and you have to come back home drunk 😄
