Great location - close to the centre and good access. Very friendly and helpful staff. French breakfast - not too much choice but sufficient and tasty. Room spacious with kitchen and large bathroom. Convenient parking under the hotel.

Room facing the street - not very soundproofed - you can hear passing cars. Not very thoroughly cleaned - crumbs on carpet. Coffee machine not cleaned for a very long time - water container green from algae.

This lovely hotel is conveniently connected to Luxembourg’s centre by free public buses. It has all you need: garage, decent breakfast, cosy bed. Especially I want to express our respect to Regina who sincerely and efficiently helped us during our stay in the hotel

The TV is shamefully small for such a big room.

Good breakfast, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, great access to public transport.

Wife was apprehensive when we pulled up to hotel- did not look very nice from street. Was very happy when we went inside and were greeted by staff.

Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Hotel and room were well presented and very clean. Breakfast provision was excellent. Location was ideal for our requirements. Had to ask for hospitality tray (i.e. coffee/tea etc,) but was provided immediately on request.

Bathroom was beautiful, but sink had no plug, so water ran away. Also, high water pressure meant that splashes caused pools on the surface round the sink. Shower was excellent, but there was some leakage under the door into the main part of the bathroom. Good towels were provided, but some were removed and not replaced. Fortunately, we were able to manage without a problem.

lovely hotel, 15-20 mins drive from Luxembourg City centre. the breakfast was excellent and parking is handy. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and staff are helpful

A fridge in the room with some water would have been nice, but appreciate this isn’t an essential! Impossible to have a shower without getting water on the rest of the bathroom floor… Quite expensive for standard of the room, but then again you are in Luxembourg!

Parking place

A lady with short hair at the reception was extremaly, extremaly super kind and gentle. She is a diamond over there. The breakfast was also very nice.

1. Deposit taken from my card for 2 weeks is a joke! 2. Design of the room at 3rd floor is just not good (because of the bed location you can barely open the door to a small terrace, you need to be a kid to sneak in). 3. The clean level of the toilet/shower room was just not good enough (the floor wasnt mopped for ages). 4. Info at the room was informing that due to covid there is no water bottles in the room for guests(!?-really?!), but is available at the desk. However when i asked the guy at the reception, he demanded 3 euro for a tiny bottle! 5. Spaces in the parking slots are very small. If you come with a Standard SUV then...there is an exercise to make to squeeze in. To be honest, for 165 euro? No thank you.
