Lovely room, very comfortable bed, peaceful nights sleep with no noise from outside. Good shower and good breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent very good menu to choose from also location great not far to get to the resorts arena .

WHAT A WONDERFUL HOTEL .SPOTLESS. CHARMING HELPFUL .JAMES AND HANSEL. JUST BRILL .NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM .PERFECT LOCATED FOR AIRPORT. ROOM WAS SUPER .BREAKFAST EVEN BETTER.

Lovely property, great size room, really homely and keeping the house to it’s traditional style but with modern touch. Breakfast was excellent. As a solo traveller I always struggle staying on my own, but I had a great stay and brilliant night sleep.

Very efficiently run. Great care given to the design and operation. The quality of the cleaning is exceptional. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Decent sized room. Slept very well - no external noise. Superb location for the NEC

Staff greeted me by my first name! Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was served on top and hot. Owner ensured I was done on time and called a cab for me (to take me to the airport). Convenient location to airport. Cab ride 11 (pounds).
I wanted to stay in an B&B and I did. I didn't realize that the cost was more than any hotel room I had stayed in on this trip, which included hotels in London and Liverpool. I would say that this would be for a couple on a romantic getaway.

Location was perfect once I put in the correct post code. I did get lost but the host was very patient with me and told me where to find them. Met me at the door and took good care of me.

James did everything to ensure we were happy - he was very chatty and helpful with recommendations for eating out and suggestions about what to visit in Coventry between the matches.
We also chatted about the Commonwealth games " Bull" in Birmingham city centre.

Location great near to NEC, bedroom very clean and well appointed. Bathroom incredibly clean and breakfast on time and lovely. No issues at all.

Breakfast was very good and my requests were accommodated. Location was conveniently close to work. Room was exceptionally presented and clean in a lovely house with loads of character.

I was working for 3 days at the NEC and rather than stay at one of the giant chains surrounding the centre, wanted a quieter location but still nearby. Springfield House fits the bill perfectly, just 10 minutes drive from the NEC and situated in a nice village of Coleshill. I've never stayed anywhere as clean, absolutely immaculate. Very friendly hosts and a nice homely feel to the place. Generous room, excellent wifi. Will stay again.

Excellent location for Worlds Resort. Clean, tidy and staff welcoming. Made us feel very welcome. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Good facilities. Would highly recommend

Very warm welcome from James. Made to feel at home. Good to be offered fresh milk in the bedroom. The honesty bar was a nice touch.

Attended for an event in the NEC and honestly I can't recommend this place enough. The location is spot on, really easily accessible in a lovely spot with great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are so lovely; welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. The rooms are delightful and spotlessly clean. The linen in particular is such nice quality which makes for a great night sleep. And then breakfast! Cooked to your liking with a nice menu given in the night before. Ready when you are the following morning and delicious, with extra toast for greedy me! Loved this place and can't wait to go back. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Recommended us to a great Indian restaurant down the road. Last minute booking due to a bad experience at the Hilton so was great to find somewhere nice and comfortable to stay in.
Couldn't find a room thermostat and it got really warm in the night.
