Breakfast was good , lots of choice.
Unfortunately we arrived at 22.00 due to Farmers blocking motorway we wanted to use. As, you can imagine it was dark when we got to the hotel. It is very confusing because on the lower windows of the building does it any where state ' Sure Hotel ' . We drove around looking for the hotel. Came to conclusion that must be the front door where the Christmas Tree was. When we left the hotel this morning there was a big bright sign saying Sure Hotel. It would have been really good if it had been lit up last night , it would have saved a lot of time.

Cheap priced hotel for overnight stay whilst travelling-basic but clean and tidy.
To far out of town, 2k walk in to centre

Friendly staff, room we had (superior) was small but recently renovated. Bathroom was good. Nearby buffet/restaurant 2 minute walk away was good value.
Location. Not a great part of Angoulême. Hotel shabby exterior. Car park was small and no lighting at night. Free parking was available on an office forecourt across the road.
