Hotel Les Amandiers

Clean and quiet, managed to get a car parking space in secured park (but filled up quick) Didn’t have breakfast.

Would have like 2 pillows, no extra’s in room

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The location was good for visiting the Tournon area and for the Tren de L'Ardeche. Parking was easy in their secure, gated parking lot adjacent to the hotel. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were so pleasant and helpful. Our ground-floor room had a comfortable king bed, very good AC and an excellent walk-in shower. The breakfast was quite good and included croissaints, various cheeses, ham, eggs, fruits, yoghurt, granola, juice, coffee and tea. Overall a very good value. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. We sadly didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked really inviting and other guests were using it and had a great time. The parking is so secure with plenty of it. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating to any questions we had. We took a short walk along the river and found lots of restaurants, bars and a beautiful town.

Sandra claimed to speak poor English but spoke it. Wry well - she was very helpful, as were the rest of the staff. The rooms were very comfortable & although we didn’t use the pool it looked very good. The breakfast was very good.

The only thing missing was the ability to make a hot drink in the room other than that it was very good indeed.
