The location is superb, walking distance from the hotel to all the main areas. Staff were really helpful and recommended a restaurant, which was fantastic. Valence is a lovely compact city, great atmosphere and not to many tourists when we were there. Just wandering around the old town and stopping for a drink in one of the squares is recommended.
The room was very clean, looks very new and smart. The bed was big and comfortable. Everything about the room looked refurbished. We stayed in a superior room and it was worth the extra.
The only slight gripe is our room was interconnecting and a young family with a screaming child who kept banging on the door kept us awake until I had to bang on the door and we both put earplugs in! Otherwise the aircon was great.

The hotel itself and the room were very clean. Excellent shower and super comfortable bed. Air conditioning was much appreciated. On the edge of the old town centre so very practical.

Location
Building work next to room maintenance issues with room. No use of the safe due to technical difficulties, shower drainage issues.
