The location was nice, good air conditioning, nice views, close to metro and restaurants.
The best part were the front desk ladies , helpful, caring, charming.
Breakfast was mediocre - need to have better coffee!
The carpet on the stairs are dingy, need to clean or replace.

Everything! The location was ideal and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay including waiting until 4am for us to check in. Breakfast was superb and the bedroom itself was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was huge. By far our favorite hotel on our honeymoon which has included 15 other hotels.

The location was great, near two of the metro lines. The room was clean.
There was a major reconstruction in the hotel which we understood only after the whole check-in process was completed. The lobby and floor corridors were a mess. Our room was next to the elevator, which made it even more noisy when people walked by. We had to have a bottle of water in the room, provided by the hotel, but the cleaning lady even took the bottle every day which made us go to reception and ask for a new one.
