Hotel Yllen Eiffel

This was my second stay in this hotel. I was very pleased with the location, the facilities, the pleasant staff and the good breakfast. All were absolutely to my liking and I will be back again i hope.

We loved that the elevator was in working condition and the concierge were nice and helpful. They helped call us a taxi for my mother who needed emergency surgery at the hospital and secured our luggage before our check-in time. The bathrooms were decent and had hot water for showering. The beds were cozy, AC operated very well, and the room had an accommodating balcony view. Additionally, the fridge and safe were very helpful. We also thought housekeeping was on point for tending to the room and provided what was needed. The location was EXCELLENT with a nearby pizza spot, metro access, cafe, and pharmacy around the corner.

It was sort of odd that the front door wasn't open for entry and had to wait awhile for someone to buzz us in around 4am. Not used to that for a hotel. We thought we would be locked out after a long night of partying at a pub crawl.

The entire staff, Sophia, Claire, Philippine wonderful people so helpful they want you to have a great stay!

I have no bad things to say about the property. You’re gonna love it.
