Hotel Palace Berlin

comfortable room and very varied breakfast

the morning alarm required for two days was not carried out by the reception

A great 5 * property Very conveniently located Close to several transport hubs As well as restaurants about 500meters proximity While fast food restaurants are less than a min away The zoo and aquarium are located across the street. Another min or 2 max walking The gym is well equipped With refreshing morning herbal shots to boost your immunity The breakfast is amazing. Several healthy food Options. I would definitely recommend this property to any one

The air conditioning did not work well But we managed to stay cool by keeping the windows open

A very modern hotel, large clean rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, great spa (although sauna with additional charge), great location, Altogether a wonderful experience

I didn't like the facr that the sauna is with additional charge

Modern spacious rooms, cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast is great and service at the breakfast was top-notch

We really wanted to like this hotel but the location is terrible. We had room windows overlooking the street and you have an extremely busy road there with constant traffic. What is more, there are cars honking their horns every 5 min (not a joke) during the night as well. It is impossible to sleep with a window even slightly open. Close the window you’d say? Yes but the hotel’s climate system is completely disfunctional and it stayed warm in the room the whole day (we were there in April, imagine the heat in the summer). Water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi was also too cold, not really inviting to stay there. You have to pay 25 EUR to use a sauna. Overall, disappointment as this is not the level of the hotel one expects from the establishment mentioned in the leading hotels of the world book, definetely not the other hotels from this selection rhat we stayed at. We do not recommend it
