MotelOne ist wie immer sehr modern, sauber, gepflegt und schön zurecht gemacht.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt schnell zu bestimmten Örtlichkeiten. Aber in einer Stadt wie Berlin macht die Lage eher aus, wo man persönlich hin muss/möchte.
Immer wieder in diesem Hotel: Problem bei dem Ausstellen der Rechnung.
Ich bin 80 % meiner Nächte in Hotels von MotelOne und in Berlin meistens in diesem Hotel.
Aber die korrekte Adresse findet man scheinbar nie. Ist nicht angelegt. Ist nicht hinterlegt.
Das verwundert mich dann doch jedes Mal wieder.
Rechnung war dann auch erst am 3. Tag endgültig und korrekt fertig. Immerhin.

Comfortable bed and two different pillow sizes which meant you could choose the one you liked best. Clean, modern design. Great shower! Breakfast was good; lots of choice, but no hot food. A good location close to restaurants and shops, and there was a nice bar on site.
There was nowhere to put your luggage except on the floor. Hello people! We need space for luggage racks! A taxi at the train station wouldn’t take us as he said it was just a 10-minute walk; it was more like 20 minutes or more, which is a bit of a pain when you’re dragging your luggage.

small room without cupboards....dirty...unpleasant staff...dirty shared toilets with a key to access it...i often come to berlin...for me this is the worst hotel

the room is nice, bed comfortable, plenty of lifts, the hotel is well located.
i didn't like that the house service opened my room's door twice at 11 AM , 1 hour before checkout.
however, they supplied new towels upon request the day before.
The room is a bit small for tall people, especially the bathroom.

Perfect location , nice staff and they accepted to check me in at 1 pm .. nice lobby area and bar/coffee shop with reasonable pricelist,,
. The room is like a cage ! Not suitable for clostrophobic people at all ! A non functional non smart TV.. no mini fridge .. no space to store your luggage , nor a wardrobe ,merely a metal rail with 3 hangers ! No ventilation at the bathroom. So imagine the humidity all over the room after having a shower !! Especially when the weather is cold outside and you cannot open the room window .it's like paying a price of almost a decent 4 stars hotel for this sleeping pod at motel one ! Never suitable for a stay for more than one night. The word basic is not even enough to describe the situation. it's a less than basic , its uncomfortable and inappropriate room to stay at.

Affordable hotel with very nice design and modern vibes. I am sure I would have had a great stay if only the room I was staying in had not defective AC and bathroom air vent.
I did not like that the room I was assigned did not have a good AC (room was warm and stuffy) and broken air vent in the bathroom. Once I took a shower the entire bathroom turned into a steam room and it stayed all wet until the next morning. All my towels were wet. That's because the vent in the bathroom was not running. I approached the front desk and all they could do tell me was that they'll "write it up". I wasn't allowed to change rooms and maintenance folks were away for the weekend. So Jozef from the front desk advised me to leave a bad review on this site so that the hotel could do something about it. Booking.com customer service advised that the hotel had offered me a fan but nobody from the hotel contacted me about that. I would've welcomed any suggestion from the hotel at that point but unfortunately they never bothered. The room rate for 2 nights was relatively cheap (around 160 euros) so I guess when you go for cheap hotel you get cheap service. I'm sorry that my choice of hotel had ruined my entire stay experience.

I haven’t seen many people talk about the bathroom but it was so nice, took a shower every morning. i wasn’t at the hotel that much, just there to sleep lol but it was so nice. the hotel looks so luxurious and “bougie” and for the price, it’s amazing.
nothing really. maybe just the prices of the drinks but there is a lidl 5 minutes away so it’s fine.
