The location is extremely good, right in the Schwabing area, near the English Garden, and near the U-Bahn subway. The hotel is in great condition, not too large, very friendly staff. The room was also very clean, with a great safe that was much appreciated.
The arrangement of the room with the main sink in the room itself and only a small sink in the bathroom was a bit odd and awkward. The room had a bathtub, whereas I would have preferred a shower -- but that's personal preferences.

The staff particularly a gentleman called Hans was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was perfect!
Dated rooms with no aircon. They brought a big tank of a thing from reception which had to be fed through the outside door. The rooms were incredibly hot. The lift was absolutely tiny; we couldn’t even fit a buggy in there.
