Wonderful family run hotel. The staff were so professional and friendly . The attention to detail by the owners was amazing. You can see they really care about the customer experience. The location is good for west train station and an easy bus ride from ost station.

Everything, very friendly staff. My husband forgot his phone and they called us and Vilma helped us get it delivered back. She went way beyond to help us!

Quiet neighborhood.
Very hot in June with no A/C. No elevator up to our 3rd floor attic room. Tried to play the senior citizen card to get a lower room, but they couldn't accommodate us. Only a 5-10 minute walk to West train station, but virtually all activities start not from there, but rather out of the East train station--a 30 minute walk. Fortunately, there are frequent busses between stations.
