Nice room, hotel respected the wish for a quiet room on a high floor - very quiet, no noise. Good parking (even though not too cheap).
Hotel did not let me GF check in without a written confirmation. Found cigarette left overs on the balcony.

Great location, clean and comfortable, kind staff, good wifi, and upper floors very quiet

All staff members went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful at all times. Servers from the restaurant Ernesto, were all nice. Alejandra Camacho was super helpful when I called and had a question about booking.

Clean rooms and centrally located
Swimming doesn’t even exist (smaller than bathtub and no services provided there), almost none is speaking English (not even the reception) and super noisy (you can even talk people discussing out of the elevators in your room)
