A limpeza deixou a desejar. O banheiro tem péssima iluminação. Havia muito barulho feito por outros hóspedes tarde da noite, porque faziam festa no quarto ao lado.

Struttura non recentissima ma con moltissimi punti di forza: 7 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana linea gialla Affori centro, comodissima per chi arriva dalla Stazione Centrale. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa la notte, rientrando di sera mi sono sentita sicura. Vicinissimo all'ospedale Niguarda (non si sentono ambulanze). Spazi della camera molto adeguati, materasso e cuscino molto comodi (c'è anche secondo cuscino nell'armadio), cassetta di sicurezza, frigo bar, buona pulizia. Bagno con finestra e bidèt ( cosa non scontata anche se siamo in Italia), asciugamani morbidissimi e cambio giornaliero. Bellissima sala colazione, grande, luminosa e con una rilassante musica di sottofondo. La colazione è veramente ricca di prodotti, dal salato (uova frittate affettati verdure) e ancor più di dolce (varie torte, biscotti, brioche, marmellate , yogurt, frutta fresca, cereali, miele, succhi vari) e a richiesta anche prodotti vegani e se non erro anche privi di glutine. Cameriere in sala molto gentile. Zona relax nel giardino con tavolini e divanetti. Dunque nel complesso , buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Unico appuntino che mi sento di fare è che, essendo in una camera doppia, mi sarei aspettata due teli ospite e due teli doccia, anzichè uno solo. Anche guardando con un ottica green, a cui l'hotel pone particolare attenzione, non mi è sembrato corretto. Al di là di questo, assolutamente consigliato.

equipement chambre: diificulté pour avoir de l'électricité, la carte à puce ne fonctionnait pas toujours. mauvais contact à la tv , celle ci s'éteignait toute seule. Il fallait activer le contact sous la tv pour la rallumer. Enfin inadmissible : aucune chaine TV francaise ' meme pas TV 5 monde que l'on retrouve dans tous les hotels du monde. A la réceptio on m'a dit de chercher dans toutes les chaines.

Excellent breakfast. The room was big and very clean.

The mattress was a bit hard.

The best location. The park is next to the hotel. A Supermarket is in 7 minutes walk. Metro in 5 minutes walk.

Very poor internet was in our room.

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was newly furnished and very clean. Breakfast was diverse and very good. The bus and the metro stations are 5 minute walk away. Quiet at night.

The property has the main building and an Annex..

The annex is not a hotel, it is an apartment building with few rented flats. This was not communicated prior to the stay. There are other inhabitants in the building which are not hotel guests and this is what makes it unsafe and not hotel like stay

Overall nice accomodation, very clean, friendly staff.

Reasonable sized room, well maintained and kept clean. Helpful staff. Great breakfast - large range of options. We were only there for one night, (passing through from Florence, to catch a connecting flight), so didn't get to sample the restaurant, although it looks to have an interesting selection. Ethically sound.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. Convenient and safe location for main Milan attractions.

The bedroom was very basic. Any additional comforts were for an extra charge e.g., tea/coffee making facilities. Additional costs, including for breakfast, should have been provided before booking.
