The concierge and front desk morning and evening staff members were excellent. We had our fair share questions. My husband and I were so grateful for the helpful suggestions we were offered. Our room was also kept spotlessly and cleanned with efficiently. During the heat of that hot week it was wonderful to come back to the air consitioned room and rest through the hottest portion of the day.
Regretfully, the bed was not very comfortable. My husband had to use the extra blanket in the wardrobe for padding, but he still struggled. Perhaps, an additional mattress topper might be offered for those who might need a softer texture. Additionally, breakfast had many options , but the prepared eggs were not warm. Maybe eggs could be ordered when guests come down for breakfast.

Friendly staff, nice little place to sit outside with. Drink and people watch.
Fresh water everyday in the room, plus a nice welcome gift. Hotel is just minutes from the Colosseum and down the road from the best gelato cafe.
If I have to pick one thing, the shower head wasn’t the best.

The location and value for money.
The breakfast options could have been better.
