Great place to stay while visiting Oban. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful waterfront views from sitting areas, and wonderful restaurant on property.
We would have appreciated having a/c for a warmer weather visit, but the temps cooled down in the evening and there was a breeze from the ocean. We were able to open the window for a comfortable night's sleep. Parking is a bit of an issue, but we were able to drop off our bags and free parking was available elsewhere. The front desk can provide info on those locations. Otherwise, there is valet parking for a fee.

Lovely outlook , what a lovely central location. Very cosy. Rooms lovely and warm. We booked a late room which was a good deal. Not sure the room was worth the full price quoted. Was small. Which was fine for the night, food was excellent. Lovely breakfast. Apart from a poorly member of staff who could not stop coughing as she served. Wasn’t the best over breakfast. Felt sorry for her,
Shower in room had no door at the front and the water leaked all over the floor.

Gorgeous view from the lovely conservatory, staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. 46 whiskeys on offer! Really great food.
Long corridor to the rooms with luggage and bed a bit on the soft side.

We booked through a 2nd party that showed a larger room than we were assigned. It was a disappointment.
Our room was smaller than the 2nd party booking agent advertised.
