The room was nicely decorated,very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Staff helpful and friendly. Good location and variety for breakfast. Great view across trees to The Eagle and sea. The hotel had a great style. Loved our stay.
One of the glass doors was frosty so unable to see the view.

Spacious room and clean
The bathroom needs attention. The shower isn’t working properly, and there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet. Fixing these issues would greatly improve the experience.

What I liked about the hotel was the beautiful lobby and the friendly staff, who spoke English well. It’s also very convenient if you’re arriving by ferry, as the port is just a short walk away.
What I didn’t like was, first and foremost, the incredibly slow internet. I walked around the entire hotel, and the Wi-Fi speed throughout the property ranged from just 1 to 5 Mbps, which is laughable considering they advertised high-speed internet as being included in the price. That simply wasn’t true.
They also require a 100 MYR deposit for the room key, which I found rather odd. You do get it back at checkout, but I still didn’t like having to pay it.
