Great location Staff were friendly and helpful Lovely hotel

The hotel is beautifully situated, overlooking Tenby. Parking is plentiful and the staff were helpful. The breakfast is excellent - table service and quality options. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by the level of service - wait staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent (eg. halibut, scallops). The hotel has a smaller-establishment feel and the quality of furnishings in common areas is excellent.

Location

Room was miss sold , the room we had booked had an unrestricted view of the harbour . The room they gave us was on the first floor with a very restricted view because of the trees . When we went to reception they blamed Booking.com for displaying the wrong room . Moved us for the second night and was still not the same room but wasn't offered a refund for the mistake . Nice hotel but I wouldn't have paid the price I did for the two rooms if I had known . I specifically choose the room and paid the money for that view as i am a fisherman and wanted to sit and watch the boats early morning. I feel very let down at there excuse in blaming booking .com . Surely as a buisness you look at your own advertising and I feel I was totally misleading twice . Beautiful hotel ,very clean , lovely gardens .
