No breakfast provided.
Lack of pre info re sky tv particularly a test weekend. We could not watch it and then had to find a bar the next morning to watch a delayed film.

Presentation was good. Didn’t use the pool, sauna or gym with the time I had over the weekend. Location close to shops, cafes and beach. For sporting events have to be prepared to take the distance and travel. However the Bledisloe and Auckland had prepared transportation with great preparation and organisation to get fans home quickly and safely. Dreading Sydney transportation and hope they can better the Auckland system.
Just minor renovation and building work outside the window. It comes with hotel maintenance and conditions.

Loved the location, room was nice, loved the brownie received on entry .
Did not like being on the ground floor.

The price, parking, staff, cleanliness of room.
The uncomfortable hard bed, felt like we were sleeping on the bed base.
