Horrible breakfast

wi fi has not worked in my room

the layout of the hotel was good and the villas were nice too. breakfast was okay. free parking was next to hotel.

breakfast was bit okay and plain could have done something but nicer with flavours as it tasted bit olain. cockroaches came into our hotel. but I guess it’s something that can be fixed if we closed the doors or they had pesticides. no restaurants nearby. everything was ten mins drive away. so recommend hiring a car. parking near the hotel however the parking area was Rocky and not part of the hotel. the water in the pool was ice cold. wouldn’t stay there again.

Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived very helpful answering any questions. A 25 minute walk to the nightlife and restaurants and 25 minutes the other way to the beach . Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast buffet included. Ended up extending our stay

Everything was great, we enjoyed our staying. The staff was very nice, especially the ladies with the cleaning. They are always smiling and they do a good job, everything is very clean. The bungalows are very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, quite large and well maintained. The gardens from the bungalows are also nice with bloomimg plants. I didn't like that they had artificial grass, but maybe it's easier for them to avoid the noise when cutting the grass... The food was also good, breakfast with multiple choices and fresh pressed orange juice, which is great. Nothing to complain about!

They could do something with the parking area to make it look a little better...

Lovely little bungalow type accomodation. very private. nice and quiet for chilled out stay.

No kettle in the room or phone to contact reception. As all inclusive, my only other fault was no inclusive ice-lollies to enjoy round the pool and icecream only available at snack times (to be hand in bowls which couldnt be taken by the pool.

The pool and the food was very good as were the staff. The WIFI was fine although a little patchy at times. But the main problem was that the AC was very poor, and you could not adjust even when it worked. There were thousands of mosquitoes and these would often be dead outside by room and would not be cleaned away.

I stated at this hotel for about a week and maybe I am more used to the US grading system, but I believe 4 start in the US is 3 star in Spain. The staff were always very friendly, and the unit I stayed at was ok, but would have been great if the following could have been improved. Indeed, the following really let down this resort. There was no English channels on the TV, apart from one or two, could not be watched as the reception was so poor. The AC unit was at a set temp and could have been cooler. For 2 days the AC was not working and when it was it was around 23.5C. But the worst thing, was the mosquitoes. For about 3 days housekeeping did not come, and the number of dead bugs on the ground in front of my apt and at night would come into the apt. I would like to give this resort another shot maybe at some point if things improve, but I recommend to stay around the pool in the 100s; my unit was in the 300s and was a short distance from a lake. The food was good and the lovely pool and the dinning area was clean.

No coffee making facilities in room, which is a must for a 4 star accommodation. Rooms were a bit tired and to be fair more 3 star than 4.

Spacious bungalows with sofa, table, desk, fridge with a nice design. Good price. Very friendly staff. Nice plants on the park, it's a nice bungalow park to see.

The quality of the food in the buffet was below average (I had breakfast and dinner, half-board). The sauna was not operational because of a technical issue. Hard/uncomfortable pillows. (But the bed mattress was good.) Pool unheated. Poor state of maintenance in bungalow (some power outlets not working/intermittently working, paint residue on surfaces, jammed door, ...)

Chalets were good. Bed was very comfortable. Half board food was very good with lots of choice.

Location was a bit of a trek to town centre/ beach. We like walking fortunately
